Digital Marketer

Do you live and breathe digital marketing?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Magician to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Your role will include:
  • Planning and creating digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Planning and developing new growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate, create and optimise end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements and skills:
  • 3-5 yrs Experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience working with a luxury brand (preferably jewellery)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Shopify, Canva, Later/Hootsuite and Google Drive.
  • An understanding of paid advertising - significant experience in platforms such as Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics and Adwords.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Must be able to take instruction, use their own initiative, and be able to problem solve.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Additional Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (photoshop, illustrator)
Basic understanding of photography and layout design to match the brands aesthetic.
Collaborative - We are a small team who work very closely together. It is important that the person in this role is able to share ideas, work, and processes with their team, and take on constructive criticism
Strong Communication - As members of the team work can end up working remotely, it is vital that there is open and frequent communication
A self starter - As a small business, we all wear a few different hats. This person needs to take initiative and be able to start and follow through with tasks on their own accord.
Reliable - As a small team it's essential that we can trust each other to complete our own work loads within the discussed timelines
